Weekend Captain

Hello Everybody!!

Just a few lines about the upcoming season.  Enclosed with this letter are the fixture cards and also the tea rota (being handed out, as well as put on the website).

Everybody has been asked to do a tea this season, so please note: if you are unable to do a tea on the date stated, it is your responsibility to swap it with someone, and inform me just for reference please.  I know it is not the best job in the world, but all the help we get is much appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Also, please can you let me know your availabilities ASAP so that we can organise extra fixtures and sort teams out etc.
