Hi to all members new & old, another summer another season for Crawley Green Nomads CC.  As we remember the highs and lows of last year (a few too many lows than usual) we look forward to what hopefully will be a great year of cricket.  Last year the weather was unkind to many of our fixtures and all we can do is hope that this year will see much more sunshine than grey clouds.

As many of you know we have new face as club captin this year and I would like to thanks Gari for his captaincy last year and welcome Jon as our new captain.  I am sure you will give Jon all the support (and your weekly availabilities) to allow him to do what is, at times, a difficult job that little bit more easily.  Welcome Jon as club captain and wishing you a great season in charge.

Whilst this is a new year one thing that we all should not forget and remains at the heart of all true Nomads is the true Nomad tradition of playing hard but fair & most importantly, having a laugh both on and off the pitch.

The only thing left to say is, lets get out there & have a great season.
